What we compare
We compare the service: the consultation, what's included with it, and the price you pay to be seen. We don't sell medicines, and we make no claims about how well any treatment works — that conversation belongs with a clinician.
We aim to list every regulated online provider we can verify on the official registers, not only the ones we have a commercial link with. Where a detail about a provider can't be independently verified, we leave that detail off the card rather than guess — a provider still going through verification appears with less information shown, never with invented data. Our coverage grows as we verify more providers, and we say plainly on each comparison page when it isn't exhaustive.
How we order results
Results are sorted by price by default, lowest first, and the sort basis is stated on the page you're looking at. Paid placement never moves a provider up the list, because paid placement doesn't exist here.
